You must BELIEVE in the Lord Jesus Christ:  John 3:16; Acts 16:31; Heb. 11:6;

You must REPENT of your sins:  Luke 15: 3-5; 15:7; Acts 2:38; 17:30,31.  What is
repentance?  Romans 2:4; II Cor. 7:10; Luke 15: 17-20.

You must CONFESS your faith in Jesus Christ:  Matt. 10:32,33;  Acts 8:36,37;
Romans 10:9

You must be BAPTIZED (immersed):  Matt. 28: 18-20, Mark 16:16;  John 3:5; Acts
2:38; Acts 8:36-39; Acts 16:33; Acts 22:16; Romans 6:3-6; Col. 2:12; Gal. 3:17; I
Peter 3:21; Ephesians 4:5.

You must be FAITHFUL until death.  Then the Lord will take you to heaven where
you shall dwell with Him forever and ever.  Matt 24:13; I Cor. 15:58; Acts 2:42; II
Peter 1:5-12; Revelation 2:10.
